An apology Letter to My Body   Dear body, I am sorry  For once hating your small Asian eyes And your mildly yellow skin color because everyone around you was white
shame courses through my veins as if it were  the adrenaline i lack that familiar sour taste in my mouth and my head resting against the toilet seat
Food was always troublesome  I never had a favorite  My portions had to be smaller than theirs This body needed to be thinner   Food became a chore
