Why did you go?
Why did you leave me? Why leave me alone and afraid?
Every year that passes,
I still get no answers. The most painful of losses
Are those that can't be explained.
What if I told you
That a girl was scared to speak
So she never did
What if I told you
The room was silent and sad
She did it for him
For her dad rested
