They said.
Denied,
It read.
Hopeless,
You cried,
Tears in your eyes
As that dream.
I'm tired of it.
The feeling of regret and remorse,
Two things that go together, but shouldn't.
That other people feel.
Not to mention the feeling of exclusion.
There was once a girl who had the world in her corner, but it never seemed to belong to her.
She glanced at certainty.
Such a fickle thing it was.
