For years we have faced pain, suffering, torment, and death
We have had to fight through the worst of conditions
We have had to fight through bullying from all ends because we are darker than most
Richard Lee, Robert E Lee’s brother
The man who raped his slave
His slave, my great great great great grandmother
My blood is the blood of the oppressor but also the survivor
Freedom
A black man's word,
tied to a phrase that is racially slurred.
Stolen by those who call him nigger,
who stand over him with their hand on the trigger.
Its so fucking dissappointing how every damn time
I wish that I was dead, I manage to suvive
Do you know I feel?
I seriously doubt you do
Can't move ahead in life

Dear Slavery,
You are the uninvited guest that never leaves.
The one who bereaves the owners of their freedoms.
Put your feet on the table like you own this place,
Oh, your undesirable acumen If irony was a country You tell our children that it will be okay When they are seventeen you break the news Not the awfulness of you The tragedy of being the best in the world You are so naive You are so ungreat
America, the beautiful.
You have burned your amber waves,
Belonging to young girls who were told they would never be beautiful.
You have locked them up in caves.
