Racism is an everlasting problem that will never end People are blinded And so close-minded That they will always play pretend
My curls showed my story
I was never a mixed child
But my skin was lighter than the rest of the girls
And my curls couldn’t shine brighter
They’d get on my nerves
I am a Black woman
That is full of white folk
With riches and small talk
That a Black person can't stand
Black slaves with ugly honkies
America, America. Oh, how thou great.
You're people have been washed and drowned in hatred.
They are decendents of a people who rejected what was.
We are the creation of multigenerational curses.
We need U.N.I.T.Y today
In order to heal the land like OBC say
Take a look at yourself and strive for change
Show love to our kids before they end up in gangs
Teach them how to love and never to hate
You wish you were lit

Melanin rich
like
Melatonin rich
like
Dark matter, pineal glands,
and Black Power ...compressed into capsules rich.
Speaking of capsules,

Loud and noisy
Neighbors talk and arguing
A playground two blocks down the street
The scorching fire of the summer heat
Dismannered teens
Runs on people property
We're living in a world filled with injustice,
where we don't have to be doing anything and the cops think they can touch us,
another man down, now that really starts to touch us,
Another story on the news just broke
A father just died from being choked
Just like an innocent boy with a toy got killed
And a teen with his hands up was shot against his will
How does one act white?
Do I have to speak proper English and wear nice clothes? Do I have to get good grades and not cuss all the time?
If that's acting white, then yeah I guess I act white.
