I cant anymore.
I lie awake at night sometimes, even with my meds.
I can still feel the hands
The skin
The breath
The feeling
The pain.
I can still feel it.
You are allowed to feel.
For the longest time I thought that if I had feelings,
it made me weak or vulnerable.
I didn't want to cry in front of anyone.
