Poems from touverson
Like light, I dropped you from the canopy
birds on glittering wings, diving in the blue
and we, the children of the forest,
know the paths...
All she could hear
When she walked outside
Was the frantic sound of beating wings;
A thousand butterflies yearning to be free.
Yellow...
Dear trees, who long stood
As friends in quiet solitude,
Beneath your enchanted, leafy boughs
I walked on hallowed ground.
Green light...
I am trapped inside a maze
a numbness settles in, I can feel
dead layers upon dead layers
between my soul and the surface of my skin....
Video:
I.
A ship in the night
adrift on a lonely sea,
caught between dark waves.
