Hope is out there,

Lurking almost everywhere,
A window to inside my mind,
Seek it out,
What will you find?

Things that lurk within my head,
Hiding until they they come out instead,
Watching in the shadows,
Until out comes the dread.

Tiny till you get up close,
Then you see true size,
The heart that’s deep inside that grows,
They seek and seek but only lies.

From near or far we all do love,
