the breath i take dissapears
i open my mouth to retort a spewing array of ruthless words
words that cut deep into...
as the smoke fills my lung
all i think is this is all i'll amount to, or ever become
in that moment of silence i know all to well
i exhale...
i hate it where i am, i’ll probably hate anywhere i go
but i want to leave this place, i want to grow
i want to broaden my horizons out...
am i doing something wrong
