Poems from Seafeather

I have been through a lot. Most of it was when I was below the age of 15. Those things have forced me to grow up beyond my years but I don't think of it as a bad thing. It's given me strength, the things I went through. Strength beyond my own imaginings. Music is my passion and God is my first love. Writing poetry is just a pastime for me, but every time I write I discover a little bit more about myself. Poetry, in its own right, is a form of escape. Just like music.
