Your Dream

You inspire me!

You gave your only child a new reality,

he can be anything he wants to be.

You wish you could see his accomplishments

but you were twenty-one when you gave me up,

for adoption,

since you had no option.

You didnt want to see your child

working in the farms.

That would break your heart,

but in reality you tore it out

and gave it to a new family.

You've inspired me to always work hard

and never work on a farm,

but with my brain.

I can read and write

unlike you,

thats something that makes me choose

you as my inspiration.

Your sacrifice,

gave me a better life!
