Location

Shooting out of the inlet on the boat

i prepare my gear

We reach our location and stop the boat

The air is quiet

My wet suit is like armor against the cold water

My goggles like glasses for me to see

And my fins to keep me moving

I slip off the side of the boat

The bubbles surround me

I take a cool breath of oxygen from my regulator

I start kicking down, breathing slowly as i go

I reach the bottom, scanning for lobsters

I find a hole, loaded with antennas

Reaching in, I pull out a monster lobster

A great start to a mini-season
