"I love you"

They are simple words that mean everything. 

You were my world. My best friend. My love. 

"I love you"

I gave into it. 

But I was only an object to you. 

"I love you" he would say. 

And I would say it back. 

Because my heart would feel like butterflies everytime you were around me.

"I love you"

All you did was lie to me. 

You said that you would wait for me. 

But you left. 

You left because I wouldn't sleep with you. 

"I love you" he said after he would yell at me that he hated me. 

You made me feel like I wasn't good enough. 

Like all the love in my body was drained. 

"I love you" he said.
