Raindrop drops,
In elegant grace.
Refreshes the land,
In gentle embrace.

Raindrop drops,
From a foreign place.
But blesses the earth,
And kisses its face.

No work, no labor,
No effort, no toil,
No cost to have,
The nectar of soil.

Flowers, it blossoms.
Birds, it cleans.
Drought, it ends.
Grass, it greens.

Ode to rain!
What life it brings!
Gardens glow,
Renewing all things!

Trillions of droplets,
Vigor to streams.
The water declares,
"Be quenched, be cleaned!"

You are my rain,
Spreading life and glee.
So kind, so gentle,
A flawless beauty.

You are my rain,
Who surrenders yourself,
To bestow your showers,
Of goodness and health.

Blossoming others,
Awakening seeds,
Of potential and talent,
In all who have need.

You are my raindrop,
Of elegant grace.
The joy of the thirsty.
Who lift up their face,
To drink from your skies,
Of life, that without,
They would have nothing,
But desolate drought.
