See You soon my love
I knew you'd find me, standing in a desert
All dried up, waiting for a storm to bring me back to life
Your mirage was all that kept me alive
Your sweet smile made the scorpions seem like child's play
Everyone told me I was crazing hope to find a river in a drought
Then i saw you and your water washed me away in to your arms
Safe at last, all I have known is hurt
See the vultures circling dark clouds
Our Love is a threat to their socially constructed ideas of what true love is
Promise me that you will find me in heaven
By side I love you forever

This poem is about:
My family
My community
My country
Our world
