The Worlds I Have Been

The doors begin to open,

And time begins to flow,

As reality is broken,

A world begins as an embryo.

So much to do,

So much to learn,

The world melts like stew,

And I can no longer discern,

What is this world and what is me.

The colors retreat,

And the doors snap shut,

It was a sweet treat,

But alas it was the end or director had called cut.

I have learned so much,

From that which did not exist,

So much knowledge from a single touch,

So much that I must insist,

Pick up a book,

Surely you will be shook.
