I woke one day to a wonderful surprise,
I found all the humans and their creations to be gone.
I do not know what brought on their demise,
But I canter with pride, for we will live long.
This world is sublime

The Oaks and Pines are tall and green,
The rivers and lakes are blue and clear.
The grass and leaves sparkle with sheen,
And the sun warms my coat as it draws near.
This world is sublime

The deer prance in the planes,
And the hawks take to the sky.
The rabbits partake the fruit and grains,
But for me Lemongrass is just fine.
This world is sublime

I look to my love prancing with glee,
I see the hope for the world in her eyes.
While I watch her smiling back at me,
I look down at my dark hooves and realize...
This world is sublime
