For those who have lived through the storms, hurricanes, loss of life-
Who have lived through the horrific strife-
I pray for you as I see it in the nightly news.
I can’t imagine the screams and the howling wind
Blowing and destroying homes and every living thing.
The utter destruction leaves my mind in a gasp-
It’s too hard for me to fully grasp-
I pray for India, Thailand, and for America too.
I pray for those countries drowning in despair-
What are we to do-?
Oh Japan I weep for your loss, twenty thousand people and possibly even more.
May the Gods hear our cries as babies drown and die, and the fields are drowning in mud as people continue to walk in waters filled with crud.
The fear is mounting around the globe and the cries echo….please G-d no more.
“What is happening to our home,” leave me to weep before my T.V. and alone.
My heart in a frenzy as I see the reality,
Hoping and praying this will go away.
I urge the world to find safety in this earthly foray-
They say global warming is here to stay-
So many misconceptions
So many misperceptions
The truth not being told
It’s the sun, it’s getting old.
The one thing we cannot control.
So to this we must hold as in the book of Job, Our Faith in G-d will never grow cold.
