Words

Eyes of harsh hatred blind my sight

As I walk through their staring eyes

Some feel pity

Others feel guilty

But none dare stand bravely

Friendless

This torture is endless

As they are pitiless

And their words limitless

But they don't have the power

To keep me caged and sour

For as they may leave a mark

“They strike mine [ears], but not my heart”
