Who I Am (Truth Is Poem)

The Truth is

I love to read

It's who I am

The Truth is

I can't honestly find one thing

I don't like about the written word

The Truth is

I love creating and making

But learning is just as good

It's who I am

The Truth is

I love cats and pens

As Dan Howell and Phil Lester say:

"The whiskers come from within."

The Truth is

I find myself in love with friendships

It's just who I am

The Truth is

I like to keep my chin down

And I keep it up

It depends on my day

The Truth is,
I am not perfect,

Who the hell is?

But the truth is,

No matter what life throws my way,

Who I am

Is someone ready to face these challenges.
