Conformity

There is no life without perception,
Marks, arrows, or direction.

Once tied tightly,
Entangled and intertwined,
Now pull apart,
Unravel and unwind.

She lies between the boundaries,
She captivates and confounds me.

Society distorted her image,
And painted her picture black,
She holds the mirror,
So her reflection never bounces back.

She made a devestating decision,
That changed her line of vision.

Now she waits, wants, wishes,
And wanders forever.
