Where We Are Now Is Where We Choose

When it's your time to go away

And it's my time to leave

Think of springing flowers

And the lush Oregon trees

Between Autumn days and Summer nights

Change is hard we know

But over years, months, days, minutes

Our friendship had time to grow

Where we are now is where we choose

And it isn't all that bad

We grew up and moved along

Packing up our bags

When it's your time to go away

And it's my time to leave

Think of our friendship together

Never forget me
