Where are you?

1 Corinthians 13:12

12 For now, we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part,

but then I shall know just as I also am known.

Where are you?

Where is beauty? Where is perfection?

When the eye of the beholder dwells in darkness

What is the reason? What is perplexion?

As the grey folder closes in the starkness

Where are the dreams when nightmares conquer?

Where is good when fear rules the night?

Where is food when the spirit hungers?

How can things be ever understood inside?

Where is love when hatred rules?

Where then is compassion buried?

Where is above for the dwelling fool?

As to destiny, he slides in such a hurry
