What it's like to shiver.

Today you wake up look out the window see the birds chirping out their lungs and think, how can such a ting body hold so much breath. You go on walk through the doors at school you're commanding your legs to rake 140 steps to your locker and to your first period class go now and walk the halls. You're standing  you're looking for comfort you're trying to hold it in eyes water it feels like a bag of onions have just been cut up and now everyone's looking at you they're all staring asking what's wrong what's wrong hey he hey ...... stop drop and pill your knees to your chest the air is leaving faster and faster there's not a bird chirping insides but you see windows to jump out  of and arms covered in feathers but that's not right now you're trying to pull off imaginary feathers and nothing us working. GET AWAY GET AWAY GET AWAY NO NO NO breathe in and out come on you can get through this close your eyes. If I close my eyes I'll see them coming for me I'll see them pulling at my legs I'm light headed now and everyone just seems strange they're roads that have never been driven on tears are everywhere the inhaling is real but there's no exhaling you want to keep hold of thin air and it's thinning out the land line you think you see God but it's not him it's just another teacher with water. Anxiety and panic attack number 1. It felt like the world was watching me fall through a bottom less pit if my chest closed up anymore I would need a plumber to clear the pipes it feels like death and that's the panic part of it you don't want to die because you know you've already been locked out of heaven and there's only two other options and earth earth is a lot like pergatory if by any other name it would be called.the second time it felt even worst practice makes perfect, or so I've always been told but with every one you get the deer gets worst and life is a gamble but i rather not roll the dice on this one. Number 3,4,5,6, there's too many to count. I rather safe my breathe cuz you never know when it's going to hit.
