I am in pain
So ashamed
of all i've said and done.
In the moment it seemed fun,
Seemed right
But now I am coming down from my high
Realizing what is wrong and right.
My chest feels tight
And my mind is numb.
My heart is pounding like a drum.
This isn't something I would have normally done
But I got swept up in the moment,
In the feelings
That made me believe in
That made me hope for
A future for you and me
but three is a crowd 
and now my thoughts are too loud.
I regret it all.
