What Am I?

Location

At noon on a Summer's day,

What am I?

I am an oak leaf,

A casual observer

Watching the world around me

Enjoying the sights and sounds

Strong and Compassionate

Never hurting another.

At sunset on an Autumn day,

What am I?

I am  mature oak tree,

Bright as blood

Losing the leaves I have grown all summer

Unyieldng in morals and mind

Ready for any cold adversity I may face.

On a late Winter night

What am I?

I am a delicate snowflake,

Unique in my own way

Letting the wind

Blow me where it will

Knowing whatever happens

Can and Will be overcome.

On a beautiful Spring morning

What am I?

A beautiful rose,

A vibrant personality

In a world of gray

Spreading my love and joy

To the world around me.

I am Strong and Compassionate,

I am Unyielding against adversity,

I am Unique,

I am Joyful and Happy

That is what I am!
