What am I

I am not Black, I am not White…

What am I?

Am I White? Am I Black?

Am I mixed?

For the world does not know

We are all mongrels in disguise.

For race is non existent

Only society believes in this illusion.

For we created this ideology,

This idea of judging simply on skin color.

Racial slurs spread across the world

For everyone is so naïve.

Race is nothing but a word,

It’s not our skin color or our appearance,

It’s just society’s way of judging people.
