Looked down upon, you see a chair, a mind you consider unstable 

flaws make you run, make you ignore the good in our heart and souls

you tell us you care but  we can see it in your eyes how you feel

disabilties are to be frowned upon

watch us now, watch us change the way of the world

we will rise to the challeneges and we will over come the negative minds who tell us we cannot do what non disabiled people do

autism, anxiety, spinal bifida and anything else

were are equal

we will mold hearts to accept, we will continue our road to gaining equal rights and we will be just as a good as anyone in this world. 

for look not upon our flaws or behaviors you dislike

look at what we achieve

change will come as acceptance grows.
