Validation
As the monster creeps up behind me i have nothing but a smile on my face
Im the mime in the making as I have no choice but to be silent
They do not notice my silent calls of help even though its loud silence
as I lay in bed at night the monster visits every once in a while
He tells me I have the validation from him and there is no need to seek it
as the tear trickles down my face, hot, burning my cheeks
I realize that he is right, I have no validation
The validation I was given made me think I had actual Love
Broken Love
