Now lets be honest

It's a popularity contest 

Lets praise the athletes and the honor students

But what about the minors?

Yeah I'm talking bout

The pot heads 

The pregnant teens

The alcoholics

The trouble makers 

The drop outs

So what are they suppose to do?

Continue to be fools

I guess so right

cus no one really cares  

where are our leaders?

The so called teachers 

Don't front  cus all I see is favoritism 

You might think its wrong for me to say this 

But the truth must be told

The mistreatment is getting old 

what you think?

we come to school for what

To get high during lunch

Skip to go party 

Get drunk for homecoming 

Have sex with our so called sweetheart 

Sad ain't it?

But no body wants to  speak up on it 

Education is essential 

And  the ones you least expect got the greatest potential 

But no one will ever discover what 

Could've been

Should've been 

To busy building a school reputation

Trying  get a ten out of ten  

All I ask for is some recognition 

Because I want some change 

Now lets look up the definition 

You want to create leaders for this generation 

Lets start by transforming the wrong  into right
