A little girl,
Who grew up pure,
Never did know
Of the evil out there.
Through harsh sickness, she learns
Life is love, love is life.
Her weak legs took her somewhere
And spotted a girl her age in black.
The girl in white asks, “Why are you sad?”
“Why are you happy?”
“I don’t know sadness.”
“Then I don’t know happiness.”
“That’s a lie.”
“You’re lying, too.”
The two girls looked at each other,
And then they laughed.
