The Truth About School

School is a web of lies.

Tangling up and hiding the truth.

When bullying and cheating go unnoticed.

But yet, those who do, get praised.

Praised by the achievements that they have done.

But yet, they didn’t give the work to obtain those.

Those are people who have “perfect” lives

While those who struggle every day, never can get a grasp.

A grasp where they can shine bright like a diamond.

But yet, those “perfect” people ruin other people’s chances to shine.

Yet when those who speak up against those “perfect” people.

Their words go through one ear and out the other.

The truth does hurt, but what hurts the most is ignoring it from the people who struggle.

Nobody is perfect, but yet in school, certain people are.

Why can’t everyone be treated the same?

Why can’t rules be followed?

If we can make this change, then we the web of lies will be untangled

And the truth will be set free.
