My heart has an R.V.

And it's going on the road

Leaving me in the dust

And my life on hold

It may not seem like it

But, we're growing apart

Venturing into unknown places

Only sending,"wish you were here"cards

But, I'm have problems

I'm running out of gas

Watching you cross the finish line

While I stay in dead last

That buff sitting next to you

Won't ever be like me

He'll help you get over us

But, then he'll leave

I need a detour

To finally feel safe

I'll take the dirt over pavement

Every single day

My heart has crashed and died

Leaving me here alone

While you drive off into the sunset

I'll stay and wait for a ride home
