Too Much Stress

Summer is over and school is back,

I need to do well and cannot slack.

I no longer have time to be free

because I cannot afford anything lower than a 'B'.

All the homework gives me so much stress,

I wish the teachers would realize they need to assign less.

I strive to be the best,

but they do not recognize they are giving me no time for rest.

It is almost time to decide what college to go to.

There are so many options I do not know what to do.

I am confident I will fulfill my dreams,

I always work to my extremes.

I am not naive, I know I can achieve,

all I have to do is believe.
