Time lines

Ecclesiastes 1:10

10 Is there anything of which it may be said,
“See, this is new”?
It has already been in ancient times before us.

Time lines ... soup lines ... nothing here is changing

If it is not here today ... it is surely somewhere else

Certainly and uncertainty dancing in the twilight

It now seems to be everywhere affecting everyone else

Sex appeal and ugliness scratching to make a living

Everything goes somehow to make ends meet

The real and artificial forget what’s to be right

As they stumble along together in search to be free

The warrior and the pigeon prepared for continuous sacrifice

Blue bonnets only bloom a few days in the middle of the year

Some want to be remembered for planting a few flowers

And others forget reality by having a few more beers

Existence only goes on by the death of others

Only children remember life as it truly can be

Pollution of the mind and heart formed in memory

Will at the end be hopeless ... a useless confusing creed
