Sands of time

the sands of time come to take

only to another place

where we meet our life long fate

has life not been that great

that death not an ending, more an escape

a second chapter

we must master

calling on the invisible piper

the codes of diviniation

we must decipher

to meet our fate with its master

we have lasted

pains, trials, winnings, denials

we are here again

back where we came from

no recollection

only intuitive direction

has gotten us here

lets make this clear

life is only meaningful because death is presumably near
