Things Have Fallen

(poems go here) My hair whirls,
Ringlet curls caught in a swirl.
Things are falling,
I am falling apart.

The winds whispers,
The leaves become crisper.
Things are falling,
I am falling apart.

My teacher cries,
As the eye flies by.
Things are falling,
I am falling apart.

When it’s gone,
The light found no one to fall upon.
Momma is here,
No one else is near.

The tornado wrecked us,
The school only left to dust.
Things have fallen,
But I will rise.
