There is a Calm before the Storm

There is a calm before the storm

When Sadness is a hurricane.

A gloomy empty shore

With shells that start to fray

The coast is cold and lonely

Anticipating  tidal waves.

Anchored to the ocean floor,

The sunken ships lie out of reach

The moon is hidden and repressed

But furtively manipulates

A hurricane in deceit;

Polluting and forsaking
