There and Not

Location

Merely a perception of the line that divides

Oceans never to join, skies never to touch

A sunset that disappears below to nothingness

A sunrise that appears from a blank image

Not a horizon, only endless miles, on and on

Will it ever stay for me to reach it?

Perhaps not even for a second

Believing in a dream to catch a mysterious place

Navitey, just praying for a deceitful lie and treachery

With hands held high, there is nothing to feel

No matter how far there is to stretch

Waiting wonders, they all left before I arrived

All seen in dreams are not truth, but a false reflection

There is a reason why no one has gone beyond

Just a horizon, just a horizon, just a horizon

Sailed the seven seas for you

My voyage and sojourn with no end

Through maelstroms and lighting bolts

Through tidal waves and great sea beasts

And not to find the grand treasure of the chest

I should have know

I should have seen beyond the sun

What it was all along

Just a horizon
