The theory of the connection

The theory of the connection between heart and brain

When is the day when u realize you've lost the type of friendship that u only see In movies? It's when a piece of your BRAIN is missing. Yes of course it hurts, thus effecting the heart but it hurts the Brain more. Why? Because when u think about someone, you think about the happiness they supplied, the hurt that they took away in order for you to feel lighter, and just the thought that they're there, a phone call or 30 min drive away. It is the thought, not the feeling that hurts FIRST. No one is the same, some are all feeling, never thought. Others drive themselves to insanity with thoughts. Thoughts of regret, thoughts of sorrow and grief, thoughts of the aftermath of being abandoned. The brain controls everything in the body. Without the brain, how would we register what we see or the signals that go off in your brain when you see the person you love( or hate ). The Brain tells you to feel rage or happiness and it is the brain that can make the "what ifs" stop. So maybe, if we were to control the brain and it's automatic signals, we could prevent pain. The answers all lie in ones brain, not the heart. The heart is there for an excuse. An excuse to let ourselves feel weak and helpless because of our emotions. But it is the brain we should blame for our problems, thus blaming ourselves. When people say " you don't have control over who you fall in love with," I used to believe that because how can u actually stop yourself. If you're attracted to someone's soul and whole being rather than just looks, what other explanation can one have. There is no explanation for falling in love but I have a theory. I think we can control HOW MUCH we fall in love. To the point where we live and show our love but keep a divide between full obsession and Sanity. Sanity. Clarity. That's all we need in life. So why torture ourselves by allowing brain and heart to give in fully to one single person. That means you don't love yourself enough so you want someone else to love you. You think that if you keep a part locked away for yourself that the person will never "fully" love you. Well I disagree. I suggest that everyone should love and be loved but to a limit. If we find the limit. The Balance. We'll have control over the Brain and the heart will follow.
