My filter’s come off

I make people feel close

And I wonder with my friends

They get me the most

Sometimes I seem weird

But I think all the best people do too

When you let your filter fall off you meet people like you

You see the world as it is

When it all comes forth true

If I had stayed behind my filter

All the best parts of me might not have shown through

I would never have met any of you.
