Peaceful sounds of a nearby blue bird--
fill my ears with sweet harmony--
A conversation barely heard--
Singing a loving melody--
Chirps from a small cricket--
I hear from far away--
calls from a tiny thicket--
then is silent, and still it stays--
The beauty of nature--
plays sweet songs in my head--
and no matter how i mature--
it shall sing me softly to bed--
