Ecclesiastes 8:9 New English Translation (NET Bible)

While applying my mind to everything that happens in this world, I have seen all this:
Sometimes one person dominates other people to their harm.

No consolation ... thought pattern

I'm am an average human being and in the past, I yielded power

At one time or another, I ruled as an "almost" major chief

Then I met the mortician who gave me my final shower

The last time someone bothered to care for degrading me

Years have now gone by and the casket still has the content

Some ragged clothes serve as so to hold the bag of bones

Most won’t even try or remember my finest moment

When in the time I froze of the waste my life had cloned

Streets are named for guys like me where only strangers live

Friends I never had just acquaintances who loved solitude

As the head of my family, I taught them "or and or" how to give

To share the blessings of the fruits provided with a loving attitude
