The Sun In The Morning

A lot of people question God’s existence

They say I cannot see him

So he cannot be real

But I reply by telling them to look at the sky

Look at that thing that gives us light

Who tells the sun to rise in the morning?

Is it mankind? A scientist with all the answers?

What if tomorrow morning the sun didn’t rise?

Have you ever thought about that?

What would we do then?

Who would we call on if we had no light?

Mankind? A scientist with all the answers?

What could money do for us then?

Does anybody have an answer?

Has anybody ever though about this?

While we walk around in all our arrogance

Taking the sun for granted

Who tells the sun to rise in the morning?

If it is not us

Then who is it?

A lot of people question God’s existence

But if the sun didn’t rise tomorrow

Who would we call on?
