The Suicidal Love Letter

Wed, 05/15/2013 - 23:46 -- Deast14

She is not a woman but a female dog
He is not a man but scum of the earth
They are not hurting people but they are written in a log
Counted and pointed out, others guessing their worth
They love like all who has fallen short
And bleed as though they are from the ground
So why should you all push us around.

We say that we are loud and full of pride
And quick to fight for what we think belongs to us
But when the world turns its tide
We would not be on that equal bus
We hurt like you do and sometimes more
So why on our head the crown is found
But you don’t see the chains that hold us bound

I choose to stand for the girls and boys
who sleep in their chains
Like others, their worlds are not toys,
Oh they believe they can see our stains
But through our eyes, we are not to blame
Like all who has fallen we are born this way
But who say we are this way to stay

I believe in a day that all is received that is written
And just settling, for going to hell
That we do what is right and not forbidden
And perform on the stage, that heavenly spell
So get ready to reach the mansion that there is no frowns
Or are you going to believe that your only way is down.
