Stranded but not Alone

If I were on an island, thrown ashore from the sea.

I would not be lonely if you were there with me.

My precious pet you'd snuggle close when the winds would blow.

You'd lick my face and wag your tail when my mood was low.

We'd spend our days on the sand and our nights with stars above.

We'd hope for rescue but until that day would have each other to love.
