Stardust Words

"I feel like I don't really know much about you,"

Spoken by three friends I have known for over two hundred days.

Only a little over half a year is really no time at all though.

You say so much but yet nothing at all, a softharshsoft whisper in my mind.

Spoken by three friends I have known for over two hundred days.

Sometimes walls are shielded by only more walls, extra defense just in case

You say so much but yet nothing at all, a softharshsoft whisper in my mind.

Sometimes I don’t realize my words are nothing more than stardust.

Sometimes walls are shielded by only more walls, extra defense just in case.

I have told them more than I have told anyone else in my life, but

Sometimes I don’t realize my words are nothing more than stardust.

They are both vacuous and vulnerable, scattered in empty space for no one to hear.

I have told them more than I have told anyone else in my life, but

“I feel like I don’t really know much about you.”

They are both vacuous and vulnerable, scattered in empty space for no one to hear.

Only a little over half a year is really no time at all though.
