The Spirals

Lost in a daze,

My head is spinning round and round,

Ready to fall to the ground.

Heading down a spiral of nothingness,

Losing all of my ambitions.

Tied down by an unbreakable chain,

Temptation takes its toll,

The pain is far beyond humane,

Ready to lose control.

I try to reach to my normal self,

From this troubled place,

Nowhere to turn, it's a never-ending cycle.

Falling down the spirals,

Hoping for survival.

Falling down these spirals,

Praying for revival.

A line is severed in two,

A border now lies between.

Its impossible to ensue,

This destructive disease.

Falling down the spirals,

Hoping for survival.

Falling down these spirals,

Praying for revival.
