Spaceman Marlon Effervescent 

Who was oddly luminescent

With many eyeballs iridescent

And shards of starstuff opalescent

Always was so sweet and chilly

Gliding over planets hilly

Left a trail of tiger lily

Flower petals oh-so-frilly

Sometimes granted children’s wishes

Left them shiny scales of fishes

Tasty bowls of grapefruit squishes

And little homemade knishes
