The Sound of Life

Waves tumble towards the beach.
Whoosh, Crash, Whoosh, Crash.
A sound as familiar as a heart beat.
Whoosh, Crash, Bedum, Bedum

A 4.5 billion year sound,
Of crashing.
Ever-growing, Everlasting, continuously filling the air around.
The earth's heartbeat
A tremendous feat,
Life's beginning from the ocean.
Without which,
Earth dies.

Bedum, Bedum
The heartbeat, the life giver
keeping us alive, without our hearts,
humanity dies.
When oceans are torn apart,
we cease to exist.
Two vitals for the existents of all life.
